French Essence is dedicated to providing the best shopping experience for our valued customers. As certain products cannot be reused or resold once opened or used, we do not accept returns on delivered items.
In case of any issues such as missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, we require customers to follow these steps:
Unboxing Video: A mandatory unboxing video must be provided, showcasing the original packaging.
Contact Us: If you encounter any problems, please contact our customer care team at +917982962506 or write to us at email@example.com. Attach necessary images and videos related to your claim with the subject line "Refund For [Your Order Number]."
Refusal of Tampered/Damaged Packages: If your package appears tampered, damaged, or defected, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot.
Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but not received within 3 days, contact our customer care team at +917982962506.
Delivery Charge: Please note that the delivery charge is non-refundable.
Refund Process: Cash on delivery refunds will be initiated to the provided bank account or UPI within 4-7 working days. The refund process should be initiated within 24 hours of order delivery. If accepted, the refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of acceptance. French Essence will provide all necessary details, including relevant screenshots and transaction ID.
In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage/broken/missing items) due to transit, a refund/exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch from the warehouses, subject to a 2.5% gateway charge.
For paid orders canceled before dispatch, refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days.
Once orders are shipped, cancellation is not possible. If the order is returned (prepaid orders), a deduction of 75 will be applied.
